Alessia Zordan | Operations and Systems Design

Systems before tools.Knowledge before automation.Governance before scale.

About

I design operational systems that help organizations run with more clarity and adopt AI responsibly. Since May 2026 I’ve been doing this independently through AZ · OpsDesign, working on operational systems design, workflow optimization and AI adoption.

This builds on operations and program management leadership at KAYAK, including roles as Regional Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where I built OKR governance frameworks, redesigned cross-functional workflows and turned operational data into decisions for senior leadership. I also advise Afloat e.V., a non-profit, on operational scaling and systems architecture.

Over the last year I’ve built structured expertise in generative AI, data analytics and business intelligence, through certifications with Google, IBM, Harvard Business School Online and Tableau, to bring the same rigor to how organizations adopt AI.
